Cancellations or rescheduling must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid incurring a cancellation fee. Refunds for services will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and are not guaranteed for change-of-mind requests. All content, branding, documents and deliverables created by The Media Menu Co remain the intellectual property of the business unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if a client breaches these terms or engages in inappropriate conduct.
