Refund Policy

At The Media Menu Co, we take pride in our work and strive to deliver services that meet and exceed expectations. As a service-based business, we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind or cancelled services once work has commenced. However, in line with the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if a service is not provided with due care and skill, is not fit for purpose, or does not match what was agreed. If you believe this applies, please contact us at natalie@themediamenuco.com within 7 days of service delivery. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days.
